Following the fifth chapter of Hanayome-kun are the following events:
1) The morning after, Kouichirou expresses his love to Ritsu, but Ritsu hesitates and asks for a Fusuma to be between them.
2) Ritsu panics when he sees Kouichirou laughing with his female classmate during a student committee visit at their home.
3) Kiyoko, the wife of one of Ritsu's elder brothers, returns from visiting their sick grandmother at the hospital. Kouichirou is taken aback when he discovers that Ritsu has feelings for Kiyoko. Although Ritsu apologizes for not confessing his feelings earlier, Kouichirou decides to move on from his love for him.
4) Ritsu is shocked when he witnesses Kouichirou being intimate with his classmate.
5) As Ritsu realizes his feelings for Kiyoko have faded, he confesses to Kouichirou and asks for his love once again.
In addition, two short stories are included:
6) An unfaithful student interrupts a lovers' quarrel and unintentionally destroys the classmate's contact lens. The classmate proposes payment with his own body.
7) A male guard, sworn to resist falling in love, is assigned to protect the successor to a respected traditional sake brewery family. However, his feelings for the successor become complicated.
