Uematsu Fujisuke is content with his position as the resident tough guy in his small village after finishing school at Suzuran. However, Suguru, known as the second toughest guy, is not content with his current situation. When he is attacked by a blond outsider, he decides to pursue his passion for music by heading to Tokyo. Fujisuke is determined to find and defeat this new challenger, but Suguru simply wants to escape his current lifestyle and be free to pursue his dreams.
