Due to his "animalistic" voice, Ryouhei Hayabusa, named after the Peregrine Falcon, has stopped performing in public since his choir teacher expelled him from the choir. However, a first-year student named Saino heard Hayabusa singing and asked him to be the lead vocalist of his group, recognizing the uniqueness of his voice. While at the beach, Hayabusa meets a melancholic girl named Azusa and is instantly taken with her. He decides to sing again, not just for himself, but also for her as she searches for something.
