Haruhi Sakagami, a college student who identifies as gay, struggles with feelings of inadequacy due to constantly being compared to his twin brother. Seeking to discover his own identity, he ventures into Nichoume, a gay district in Tokyo. In an attempt to seek self-degradation, he creates the persona of a prostitute known as "Kazuki" and willingly gives in to the advances of strangers. Unfortunately, an abusive client nearly harms him, causing Haruhi to reevaluate his choices.
When Masahiro Tachibana enters his life, Haruhi's perspective changes as he experiences Masahiro's kindness and affection. Falling in love with Masahiro helps Haruhi love himself, and the pair develops a deeper connection over time.
