The story takes place in a universe where males are capable of bearing offspring. At the age of 35, Hiyama Kentarou oversees his team as the head of a section, all the while raising his son Koutarou on his own. Men who give birth are still heavily stigmatized in this society, causing Hiyama's specially crafted café catering to such individuals to struggle financially. As Hiyama frets over this setback, he receives an unexpected visit from a pregnant man.
