With no regard for his own safety, Kaname fearlessly charges towards the fiery abode of his friend Takechiyo. However, instead of encountering his acquaintance, Kaname faces off against a wicked feline demon. The following day, Kaname is taken aback to learn that Takechiyo is still alive and intact, although changed. Upon another encounter with the notorious cat demon, Kaname uncovers the reason behind his friend's metamorphosis.
