During their high school years, they engaged in an inappropriate relationship. Presently, Takebayashi works as a teacher at the same school where Ono, who now works as a school nurse, has returned after eight years. Ono reeks of aged cologne and uses cheesy pick-up lines while acting nonchalant and sarcastic. Takebayashi expresses his exasperation, engages in disputes, and is left amazed when he eventually finds himself in Ono's embrace.
