At first, I appeared in the novel as Reo's pitiful ex-girlfriend, but now I am embracing the role of Erica with a strong determination. No longer willing to accept a subservient position, I will push Reo to the sidelines, although his affectionate gaze still impacts me. Nevertheless, I must remain steadfast because Juliana steals the attention of all the male characters. Though I am a mere figure in their game, I must choose to allow events to unfold on their own or take action and carve my own destiny.
