The tale of Iinari! Aibration commences with the introduction of Shizukuishi, a girl who embarrassingly loses control of her bladder and falls onto Kouki's lap at a robot maid exhibition, accompanied by Kouki's love interest and sister, Kaoruko. However, the situation takes a turn for the worse when Kouki inadvertently ingests Shizukuishi's urine. A light emerges from Kouki's mark on his right hand and connects him to Shizukuishi, granting him control over her actions through the thread of light. Nevertheless, Shizukuishi harbors an ancient, destructive giant within her womb, causing her to act bizarrely at times. To make matters even more complicated, it's forbidden to engage in sexual activity with Shizukuishi, as it could unleash the seal on the giant within her. Thus, Iinari! Aibration begins, filled with a bizarre story and a steamy love comedy.
