Sakura Yamato, a solitary expert who struggles to connect with others, holds a distinct desire if granted a solitary wish. While living alone at home, he indulges in his fascination with younger sisters by collecting various items related to them. His only other companion is a stuffed rabbit that once belonged to his deceased elder sister. However, one day, the rabbit suddenly begins to speak and reveals its affection for Yamato. It transforms into a woman with rabbit ears who claims to be Yamato's sister sent from Heaven to grant him one wish from God.
