The manga, MangaDex, follows the tale of a high schooler named Sia. Within the school, there are two students that go by the name Sia. One day, the two Sias suffer an accident that leaves them in critical conditions. Due to the severity of their state, the two were fated to swap bodies for a duration of three months.
