Doctor Rasetsu Emma, who has recently lost his son in an accident, is approached by a mysterious elderly woman who proposes to bring Daio back to life. Rasetsu initially hesitates, but eventually agrees to the woman's offer. Daio is resurrected, but to Rasetsu's dismay, he is only partially restored and appears inhuman and decomposing. The only way to fully revive Daio is by providing him with fresh human organs. Rasetsu attempts everything he can to save his son, but ultimately creates a new monster. Daio's hunger is insatiable, and he relentlessly attacks and kills innocent victims, leaving no one capable of stopping him.
