Tateo Sone leads a simple life in Odawara, managing a pharmacy and cherishing the love of his wife and daughter-in-law. However, his world is shaken when his wife reveals her pregnancy, as Tateo harbors a secret about his lower body's dysfunction. Upon realizing that the child is not his, Tateo plunges into despair. But, fate intervenes when Sumaoka offers him a mysterious ED drug. Driven by curiosity, Tateo recklessly takes the drug, only to discover that it magically restores his lower body's function. Fueled by hope, he makes a pledge to Sumaoka to develop more of the drug. Little does he know that this decision will have dangerous consequences, altering the course of his life forever.
