As he stands on a hill, basking under the starry sky, Ryuka - a crestfallen young man - inebriatedly confesses his longing for true love. His wish is overheard by Ixto - the embodiment of the moon's last quarter, who decides to make it come true. But, there's a catch: all of Ryuka's potential lovers, chosen by Ixto, are men themselves.
