In an attempt to cut costs, a man chooses to live frugally and finds work at a convenience store. Here, he encounters a disheveled woman who requests a bentou (Japanese lunch box). Unbeknownst to him, she is the goddess of poverty, but he disregards her claims. To substantiate her identity, she possesses him, leaving him penniless. How will he cope with the situation when the goddess decides to reside at his abode until he compensates for his loss?
