A high school sophomore named Kanon Matsukura bears the name of her father's beloved classical piece "Kanon." One day, she hears the melody being played on the piano by her math teacher Azume as she walks down the school hallway. Though Azume plays the tune awkwardly, it quickly takes root in Kanon's mind. Thus begins a heartwarming tale of a lovestruck girl in high school!
