Akihito cannot keep any secrets from his partner, Kaoru, due to the latter's exceptional sense of smell. Kaoru can decipher a whole lot from the slightest scent - from identifying the previous day's breakfast and its location, to discerning the people Akihito has interacted with, and even determining the state of Akihito's health. When Akihito met a certain unknown individual, Kaoru sensed something suspicious, and thus, prohibited Akihito from ever seeing him again. What could be the reason behind Kaoru's act?
