As a freshman in high school, Aoba shares a strong bond with Shima, his older brother's closest companion. Since joining the same institution, they have been regularly sharing lunch and returning home together, with a pronounced emphasis on spending time with Shima. However, Aoba experiences a sense of unease when he catches Shima occasionally gazing at him with an intense and entrapping glare.
