Within this domain, there exist two distinct types of beings: "normal" humans and "beasts" with animal-like ears. The latter possess unique physical traits and experience cycles of intense reproductive activity; furthermore, they're capable of same-sex pregnancy. Among them works a skilled beast physician named Akira Miyaji, who resists his primal urges in order to maintain control. Unfortunately, the hospital's director, Kijima, enjoys manipulating Miyaji for his own amusement. Due to a rare dominant gene, Kijima's pheromones are incredibly potent, fueling his wild sex life. Despite their glaring differences, Kijima repeatedly tempts Miyaji who has little experience with such advances.
