Yuu, a boy with an uncanny knack for attracting disasters, finds himself in yet another predicament. In the middle of his transfer to a new school, he gets abducted by lizardmen and taken to the underground aqueducts. As fear and desperation consume him, a non-human cat girl with the power of electricity comes to his aid. Before they can make their escape, however, they are confronted by a deadly foe known as "Makatsuhi". Yuu initially tries to flee, but his conscience compels him to turn back and rescue the girl. Little does he know that this decision will change his life forever.
