After being away for three months, the iconic guitarist Soujun reunites with his partner of many years, Arata, who is a respected editor of a renowned music magazine. Although Soujun possesses unmatched musical abilities, he chooses to keep a distance from the Japanese music industry and instead frequently travels to different countries. This leaves Arata longing for Soujun to settle down and stay close to him, as their methods of expressing love differ greatly. Arata admires Soujun's talent but feels inferior in comparison, while Soujun experiences emotional freedom and possessiveness in their relationship.
