The world was plunged into terror during a dark period in history when ten suns blazed in the sky, scorching the earth below. To save humanity, the legendary warrior Yae was summoned by Chunjae, the father of the ten suns, and tasked with shooting down all but one. But Chunjae's wife, Hwaehwa, was outraged by the loss of her sons and vowed to resurrect them. Centuries later, Hwaehwa challenges Chunjae to a game of Baduk, and brings along Hanbal, a former follower of Chunjae. She unleashes a swarm of demons upon the earth, using them as her Baduk stones. In order to gather his own stones and defeat Hwaehwa, Chunjae sends Hangah Dong Gun to find Dong Bangsak, and embarks on a treacherous journey to seal the demons once and for all.
