The community lives in terror as a series of murders remain unsolved. One evening, while glancing out of his window, Majima Yuuichi, a middle school student, spots his classmates, Izumi Kiruto and Matsuda Ryuuji, loitering around the scene of the latest crime, which strikes a resemblance in appearance to the two. Despite Izumi transforming into a monstrous entity, Majima disregards the incident as a hallucination, but still remains apprehensive and avoids the duo.
Two years later, Majima has advanced to high school and is taken aback when he discovers that he shares a school and class with his former classmates. Izumi and Matsuda, who enjoy immense popularity within the student body, display an interest in him. Despite their seemingly trivial fascination with wrestling, Majima cannot shake off his sense of unease that their motives run deeper.
