The novelist Sakaguchi was troubled by a confession from high schooler Kazuya, who came to visit the weak kitten he had taken in. Kazuya declared, "When we met, I fell in love with you." At first, Sakaguchi dismissed it as childish nonsense, but he found Kazuya's awkward confession and blushing ears endearing. However, he couldn't shake the thought that adult love also involved sex. This is a tale of a gruff novelist and a clumsy high schooler as they navigate their love for each other. The story also includes a one-shot called Alcohol Love Call.
