Working as a waitress at a cafe, Ritsu attracts many male customers with her attractive looks. However, she only has eyes for Yoshito Kashiwagi, a patron who visits every second and fourth Tuesday of the month. The coffee shop manager disapproves of her affections for Yoshito, as he is older and works in the gangster office nearby. Despite knowing very little about Yoshito, Ritsu is infatuated with him and determined to learn more about him by spending every available Tuesday with him at the cafe.
