Love Seeker volume 1 features two distinct stories and a special bonus installment, complete with crossover characters. The initial narrative (chapters 1-2) features introverted office worker Tomura, who has his sights set on expressing his romantic feelings for his colleague, Shinoyama. However, a case of mistaken identity places him in the company of Keijirou, a charming ladies' man who offers to assist Tomura in his love quest - but is his involvement beneficial or detrimental?
The second story (chapters 3-4) centers around Nanjo, who is embroiled in a situation where he must become a gigolo due to his friend Kenji's disappearance. As he begrudgingly fulfills this role, he meets Kyousuke, who hires Nanjo not for sex but simply for the opportunity to converse. Kyousuke struggles to find companionship in his position of power, but will Nanjo's brash personality lead to the end of their connection or the start of a long-lasting bond?
Finally, the bonus installment (chapter 5) introduces Misaki, a regular businessman who finds solace in a fast-food restaurant. He meets Fujita, an employee at the establishment, and ultimately reveals his true emotions to him. As Misaki becomes a frequent diner and witnesses Fujita's popularity with other customers, he must confront his own feelings and decide whether he is harboring romantic desires or simply serving as a loyal friend protecting his crush.
