Tae-Hwa, a candidate for cupid, faces numerous tests to earn his position, but his troubled past is impeding his success. His test partner, Dan-Baek, an exceptional student, initially judges Tae-Hwa for his poor academic performance. However, as Dan-Baek learns Tae-Hwa's history and how he became a cupid candidate, he gains a better understanding of his struggles. The story spans several chapters, with a prologue and an additional chapter included in the count.
