At a guesthouse, four young women plan to carry out a group suicide with strong ropes and an apt music selection. Their deep yearning for the end of their life motivates Yeon and her friends as they believe their plan is infallible. But when Death suddenly intervenes, their convictions waver as they are barred from their ultimate goal. In lieu of a chance at redemption, Death imposes a task upon them: they must seek out a person who had once escaped Death's grip at the same guesthouse, even though this individual now serves time in prison.
