An inquiry regarding a series of consecutive arson attacks at Sakuragazaka High School is initiated by Yuushiro Seiji, the President of the Student Council. The sole clue he possesses is Kazunagi Soyono, the most menacing miscreant in the institution who was present during each occurrence. However, when Soyono unearths a dark truth about Seiji, he is faced with an ardent ultimatum. It is either clear Soyono's notoriety or surrender his prestigious post. The quandary is that Soyono's purported innocence is questionable.
