In the pursuit of eternal youth and beauty, monsters were hunted for their Monster Organs and then transplanted into humans. However, these implants were not always successful, often resulting in adverse reactions. Unfortunately, even qualified doctors lacked the expertise to remove them once implanted. With Asura being the only surviving monster, they possess the unique ability to extract these Monster Organs.
