Sigma has designed a dual-controlled vessel, operated by a teenage girl telepath named Yuiri and her friend Io, an anti-telepath. They often use it for showcasing purposes, like participating in competitive exhibitions against Ciel's latest model.
Although the vessels appear to be the future's blueprint, the technology can pose a significant threat. The police are now linking a serial killer, who selects victims via a website, to Metal Vessels. It is possible that the killer may be utilizing the same technology.
