The Chairman tasks Ryouichirou, a staff member at the university, with hosting an exchange student from a developing country named Qaltaqa. Despite being a skilled warrior and possessing striking good looks, Qaltaqa struggles to comprehend Japanese and feels uneasy around common household amenities such as phones, televisions, and toilets - much to Ryouichirou's frustration. However, as Qaltaqa struggles to pronounce Ryouichirou's name, the university employee begins to experience a change of heart.
