Tokyo is being plagued by a surge in criminal activity perpetrated by "Kaijin," technologically enhanced superhumans. Shibasaki Ken and Momoyama Reiji are tasked with collaborating to unravel a baffling serial homicide case. While Shibasaki is a gifted tracker, Reiji is proficient in combat. Despite these shared strengths, their clashing personalities present a challenge. Shibasaki is more interested in chasing after women than his job, whereas Reiji is excessively enthusiastic to the point of aggression. Can they put their differences aside and pool their skills to halt the crime spree before more innocent lives are taken?
