Tsukasa operates a tailor shop situated in a bustling shopping arcade downtown. Unfortunately, Ren, his former middle school pal, returns under unfavorable circumstances, now a member of a mob intending to demolish and redevelop the entire district. Tsukasa is determined to save the neighborhood where he grew up, and thus tries to convince Ren to change his mind. However, Ren is hell-bent on making Tsukasa's dream come true.
