Hyemin, a neurosurgery resident, finds her life turned upside down when popular actor Sooha arrives at the hospital with narcolepsy. To keep her secrets safe, she reluctantly complies with his demands and secretly treats his ailment. Things become even more complicated when their parents suggest they consider marriage, with Sooha placing the burden of rejection on Hyemin. In a vengeful move, Hyemin decides to marry him, realizing later the benefits of their unlikely union. Sooha gains access to round-the-clock medical care, while Hyemin has a successful husband who won't hinder her career. Can they keep their relationship under wraps from both fans and family? They'll have to stop bickering to find out. The original webtoon portrays Sooha as aggressive, leaving Hyemin fearful of being caught, and leading her to negotiate continuing their relationship privately. However, she ultimately can't escape his advances in what is described as a "secretive and disorienting roommate story."
