Shuuichirou, a renowned songwriter, is a father to Botan from a previous marriage that didn't work out. Botan feels lonely, so he requests for a cat, but Shuuichiro declines the idea. Despite this, Botan brings a cat home, but it turns out to be a man that Shuuichiro had slept with before named Umekichi, who has a human-like appearance. Will Umekichi be allowed to stay? Will Shuuichirou recall his past through Umekichi? And will he engage in another relationship with him despite him being Botan's pet?
