Due to being the son of a mistress and his father's demise, Yukimura was forced out of his house. To deal with this hardship, he decided to leave the country. Later, he applied for a waiter job at a luxurious resort, envisioning himself adorned in elegant bowties, surrounded by trees, and listening to music by the poolside. Yet, on his first day of work, he was unsettled to discover that he had been hired to work at a conventional Japanese inn, where his boss was aloof. It appeared that those who worked at the inn had nowhere else to turn to.
