Maki lives with a family that heavily depends on him and places unrealistic expectations on him. Seeking solace, he finds comfort in Tasuku, who appears vulnerable. Tasuku's gratefulness for Maki's assistance wins Maki's affection. Unfortunately, their happy love story takes an unexpected turn when Maki discovers Tasuku's real persona, leading to a string of mishaps. The story also includes two subplots.
