On June 7th, Sahara Makaji tragically met his demise by carelessly walking into the path of an oncoming truck. His classmates mourned his loss, unaware that he remained among them in ghostly form, accompanied by the spirit of a young girl who had passed away a decade prior at the same crossroads.
As Sahara observed his classmates' reactions, he noticed that Renjou, a brash and tomboyish classmate, was the most emotional. In contrast, Chiaki Aikawa, Sahara's childhood friend who had been present at his death, remained stoic. Taku Saitou, the target of Sahara's teasing, hoped to avoid any potential curses from the ghost.
With just a few words, Sahara intended to reveal the truth behind his untimely passing. He insisted that his death was not an accident and vowed to not rest until he ensured that the culprit could no longer harm him or the young girl's spirit.
