Following the "Man Bomb" tragedy that left Japanese men incapacitated for combat, Heihachi Edajima, a survivor and former Otokojuku fighter, founds a combat training institute for women named Onnajuku. His vision is to equip these female warriors with the skills to defend their nation, since men are no longer able to. The focal point of the story is Momoko Tsurugi, the descendant of the renowned protagonist Momotarou Tsurugi, who is determined to succeed and prove her worth despite the difficulties of being a woman in battle. Her unbreakable spirit is encapsulated by her catchphrase: "I am Momoko Tsurugi, and as a woman, I will not perish! My youth burns brightly and will be demonstrated!"
