A renowned member of the ping pong club, Toko is a third-year high school student. As her mentor, Katakura-sensei, steps down from the club to lead the history club, Toko becomes intrigued by those who have "taken" her beloved teacher. Driven by a desire to stay close to Katakura-sensei, she joins the history club despite skepticism from her three fellow members, Ren, Maria, and Naho. Though her intentions may be questioned, Toko persists in her efforts to rekindle her relationship with her esteemed teacher.
