The narrative highlighting "Ookumaneko Mokumoku" - a secondary character - and the renowned younger sibling "Ishizue Kanata" is just as unpopular as DDD itself. Shunji Enomoto generated a brief manga anchored in the chronicles (see illustration appended).
Kanata, yearning to alleviate tedium and irritations, calls forth the compliant Origa Vice-president's help to flee her enclosure (or some might term it confinement). She resolves to survey a previously unused chamber positioned within her own division, Ward D. Dubbed "The Room No.404," it captures her interest as even the remaining patients (or "monsters") have exhibited no curiosity about it. Despite being cautioned by an mysterious voice to abstain from entering, Kanata obstinately endeavors to push through, only to come face to face with Mokumoku - a 30-year-old NEET with incredible prowess.
