Mangmang Yu and Lin You had been close childhood friends, spending their time playing together. However, as they grew older, Lin You became the popular heartthrob of their high school while Mangmang Yu struggled to fit in and was perceived as an oddball. When they eventually reunite at the start of a new term and Mangmang Yu drenches Lin You with water, she recognizes him but realizes he's not the same person from their youth. Despite her reservations, Lin You seeks to get closer to her, and it becomes clear that he has plans of his own.
