Aurora Fenryr Astrophotas, known as the Goddess of War, returns home after seven years of fighting to confront the aftermath of her father's unexplained death. Her attention is further divided as she must navigate the affections of four suitors: her best friend's significant other, a devoted fan's fiancé, an enigmatic professor, and her former betrothed. Despite her internal longing to return to battle, Aurora is forced to contend with power-hungry elites, bedchamber threats, and the mysterious disease responsible for her father's demise.
