In the early 1980s, before the advent of internet and cell phones, Jou Umeyoshi easily loses himself in the moment and, at first sight, falls head over heels in love with Chihiro Sakagami, convinced that he is meant to be with him. Meanwhile, Chihiro struggles to find his own path in life, overshadowed by his famous actor father. However, when he meets the spirited and transparent Jou, he experiences new emotions he never thought possible.
