Satoshi originally wanted a different Pokemon as his first partner but ended up with Pikachu because he overslept on his 10th birthday. Although it was difficult for them at the beginning, they formed a strong bond and became inseparable friends. When they saw Ho-Oh, the Legendary Pokemon, flying in the sky above them, they decided to go on a mission to find it.
While on their journey, they met Makoto and Souji, two other trainers, and also came across Marshadow, the mysterious Mythical Pokemon. Sadly, an arrogant trainer named Cross blocked their way, slowing down their progress.
Will Satoshi and Pikachu be able to overcome Cross and fulfill their vow to find Ho-Oh? Or will their expedition come to an unexpected end?
