Gi Rin Shin, a middle school student, enjoys gazing at the stars with her telescope. During one of her stargazing sessions with friends and family, she meets a charming boy and becomes smitten with him. But life is never simple. The boy, Je Yeong Un, turns out to be a distant relative of hers. When Gi Rin confesses her love for him at school, he doesn't seem to have heard her due to listening to music. However, dating or marrying a blood relative is not considered ethical in Korea, leaving Gi Rin in turmoil. Meanwhile, there is another boy, Yo Han Cheon, who has been in love with her since childhood. He sees her as a woman and has become a popular model among girls, except for Gi Rin.
