The author responsible for the wonderful manga series Garasu no Kamen shares an enchanting and heart-rending story. It chronicles the hardships of a princess who tragically loses her vision. The tale first appeared in 1978 under the title of the collection's inaugural story, alongside Fuyu no Himawari from 1975 and Manatsu no Yo no Yume from 1972. A decade later, in 1996, it was republished as one of Suzue Miuchi's finest works in volume 5.
