The central point of Biohazard: Heavenly Island centers on the crew in charge of shooting the popular program "Idol Survival," which documents a group of swimsuit-clad idols competing in various challenges. The group travels to a distant island in South America, which coincidentally is under investigation by Claire Redfield, a TerraSave member.
