While working, he displays excessive attentiveness, but in private he is cruel and sadistic. Two of his colleagues, Hanamura Mitsuki and Saikawa Chiaki, both work at an advertising agency and are known as the "Saikawa Married Couple" due to their seamless collaboration over the years. Despite their drastically different private personalities, Saikawa deliberately kisses Mitsuki in front of everyone at a party, causing her to feel uneasy as she is unaware of his true feelings and is merely a plaything.
